Due to popular demand, we're holding this workshop for a second time!
In this hands-on baking class, Shawn Rediske from Water House Foods will help you:
• make rustic hearth sourdough breads, chewy cookies, and crunchy crackers using locally grown and milled grain from Anarchy Acres
• learn to tailor your bread, cookie, and cracker flavors, shapes, and sizes to your taste
PLUS, take home:
–bread, cookies, and crackers you make in class
–tips for great baking at home
