Siena on the Lake seeks an experienced Resident ServicesManager who exhibits leadership through service-oriented behaviors and actions as they join the start-up team of the 48 unit building to focus on creating a community which encourages increased independence, enhances dignity and promotes quality of life.
The Resident Services Manager is responsible for:
managing & coordinating the regular assisted living units and the assisted living units dedicated to Memory Support of dementia residents;
supporting and ensuring staff operates within the person-centered household model and respect the dignity of the resident throughout the stages of dementia;
establishing, directing and reviewing applicable policies and procedures;
maintaining an activity-focused emphasis for the memory Support Program in support of residents’ abilities;
Partnering with the interdisciplinary team in completing resident assessments and in the development of service plans.
Qualified applicants will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or Social Services;
3-5 years management experience in a Memory Care environment;
5+ years’ experience managing a dedicated memory support assisted living operation with
start-up experience preferred;
Registered Nurse in state of Wisconsin or Licensed Social Worker preferred;
Highly effective oral and written communication skills, in addition to solid computation & data analysis skill;
Self-motivated and goal oriented, organized team player with ability to multi-task in a team environment;
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office;
Certification in dementia training a plus.

The Manager of Marketing is responsible for:
implementation of corporate sales and marketing initiatives;
creating brand awareness and demand to fulfill & maintain the occupancy/sales goals for all service lines;
generation and handling of inquiries, leads or prospects, while overseeing the sales and admissions functions;
participating in market & competitive analysis, and product positioning & pricing promotion, forecasting, product introductions;
the development of sales tools and distribution sales training.
Qualified applicants will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field;
3-5 years progressive experience in rental of assisted living and memory support residential living and real estate;
Recognized industry participation on a local or regional level with a recognized network of professional relationships; professional sales and marketing designation preferred;

Catherine Marian Housing, Inc. Bethany Apartments is looking for someone who wants to directly impact their community by furthering Bethany’s mission to provide transitional housing for women and children who have suffered domestic abuse. Catherine Marian Housing is a sponsored ministry of the Racine Dominicans and the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as administration, human services, or another related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of non-profit management experience.
Demonstrated skills and experience in volunteer Board development; marketing and public relations; staff and volunteer management; fundraising and grant writing
Knowledge of tenant/landlord issues and resolutions. HUD experience may be preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven problem solving and conflict management skills.
Ability to work with a variety of people and show a commitment to developing the skills and talents of others.
Effective networking skills which will enhance the public image and visibility of Bethany Apartments.
Flexibility, sense of humor, patience, sound judgment, and capacity to work simultaneously on multiple tasks.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and internet research.

As the chief executive officer, the role of the Executive Director directs the administration and operation of Bethany Apartments consistent with its mission and the direction of its sponsors. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is under the general supervision of the Executive Committee of the Board. The Executive Director has three direct reports: Resource Manager, Case Manager and Resident Manager.
