What first drew you to the Racine Dominican community?

I worked with the Racine Dominicans in the Senior Companion Program in the early 1980s and fell in love with the women and the lifestyle from the get-go.

 

What has kept you in the community all these years?

Community lifestyle built on the four pillars of work, study, prayer and community only became more significant to me as the years rolled on. I’m in the right place.

 

What was one particularly cherished memory of your years in ministry?

There is no one memory that surpasses another when I recall the special

moments I shared with our sisters who are now with God.

 

What is one thing people today should know about the Racine Dominicans?

We are totally committed to truth and justice.

 

What do you enjoy doing at this time of your life?

I particularly enjoy sculpting.
