Shawn is back with this popular class just for those who are interested in understanding how to bake bread without gluten.  Whether it’s for yourself or a loved one, you won't want to miss this opportunity!

Learn how to make gluten-free breads, with and without yeast, AND how to tailor the flavor and texture of your bread to your tastes. You'll make and bake your own breads, including:
–    Pao de queijo
–    Buttermilk bread
