Mission Partners

Committed to Truth, Compelled to Justice is the guiding principle of the Racine Dominican sisters and for their Mission Partners, each of which is an independent, 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Through the decades, sisters have inspired or created ministries to address unmet needs in the Racine area.  Many ministries have been organized and led by the lay community.  Other once-active ministries no longer exist because objectives were achieved or there was no longer a need.

Today, the Racine Dominicans continue to support our Ministry Partners: Siena Retreat Center (1966), Senior Companion Program (1978), Eco-Justice Center (2005) and the HOPES Center (2008).

Siena Retreat Center

The welcoming community of Siena Retreat Center provides retreats and programs that renew lives and deepen holistic spirituality in an environment of peace, joy, and beauty.  In the spirit of the Racine Dominicans, we seek to be a catalyst for a more just and compassionate world.

Senior Companion Program

The Senior Companion Program, Inc. (SCP) enhances the quality of life for adults through socialization and information.
