In collaboration with the Sisters of St. Dominic Chief Financial Officer and with the support of the Siena on the Lake (SOTL) Treasurer, the Senior Accountant will review, update, and manage the overall accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting policies and procedures; to affect proper internal controls; to achieve maximum operating efficiency and effectiveness; and to satisfy the informational requirements of the SOTL independent auditors, lenders, and government agencies.

Diverse work including accounting, audit/review, time & attendance and payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budget and administration.

Now Hiring: Promoter of Justice, Peace and Care of Creation

Committed to Truth, Compelled to Justice is the mission of the Racine Dominicans.  We are looking for a kindred spirit to actively engage in our new Promoter of Justice, Peace, and Care of Creation role to advance the Racine Dominican Mission.  Our commitment to eradicate injustice has taken us to many parts of the country and beyond our U.S. borders.  We enjoy collaborative efforts with many local and national groups, as well as worldwide networks, dedicated to similar goals.   The selected candidate will do this by integrating the Justice Mission across all aspects of the Community and actively working towards the extension of the Justice Mission to a larger and more inclusive group of stakeholders. This position, in conjunction with the Justice Team, develops priorities and goals, initiates opportunities for education and advocacy and initiates networking and collaborative relationships. This position also represents the Community’s Justice Mission at local, regional, and national meetings and events.  The typical name for this position is Justice Promoter or Promoter of Justice.

Ours is a beautiful residential setting for women religious (Sisters of St. Dominic) where we provide care  grounded in our philosophy of fullness of life, focusing on a holistic approach to supporting our Sisters. We are not a skilled nursing environment. Your work will ensure the general health and well-being of the Sister residents through delivery of high quality supportive services that are consistent with the wellness philosophy of the Racine Dominicans.

Are you the reliable, responsible and sensitive individual to join our Supporting Living Team? As a Resident Care Aide you will provide personal care services to our Sisters under the supervision of the Nurse Manager - Supportive Living while maintaining the highest possible level of independence and dignity of the Sisters.

Many shifts available;  1st shift (6 AM - 2:15PM) and 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:15 PM) including some weekend and holiday work; Current WI CNA Certificate preferred; experience with seniors preferred. Ability to understand oral and written instructions. Respect for the elderly, the frail and the disabled.
